Most venues quote you a room and let the rest arrive as invoices. Ours arrives as one plan: the food, the bar, the service and the room itself are quoted together, so what you see when you build your event is what you host.
Cocktail Hour
Six choices of passed hors d'oeuvres, served through a full hour while your guests arrive and find each other.
Plated Dinner
A full pasta course, a salad course, and four plated entree choices your guests select from — not a single set menu.
Premium Bar
An unlimited premium selection, open for the duration of your event. No drink tickets, no bar tab arriving afterward.
Children's Package
The full food package without the bar, at a reduced per-child rate, so a family celebration is not priced as an adult one.

What is included in an all-inclusive package at Travelers Rest?
One per-guest rate covers the room, the food, the bar, and the service. That means a cocktail hour with six passed hors d'oeuvres, a pasta course, a salad course, and your choice of entrees, unlimited premium bar service for the length of your event, and a coffee, tea, and dessert finale. Tables, chairs, linens, china, and professional staff are all included rather than billed separately.
How many guests can you accommodate?
Our four private event rooms seat 60 to 200 guests each: the Atlantic Room seats 180 to 200, the Crystal and Lantern Rooms each seat 120, and the Terrace Room seats 60. Rooms combine for larger celebrations, with the Atlantic and Terrace together, or the Crystal and Lantern together, each seating close to 250 guests. Our Lobby Bar adds space for another 40 to 50 and is usually paired with a room rather than booked on its own.
How far in advance should we book?
Saturday dates in peak season are the first to go, so the earlier you look, the more choice you have. Friday, Sunday, and weekday dates are frequently available on much shorter notice. The fastest way to see what fits is to build a proposal for your date, which shows you a complete estimate immediately.
Do you host more than one event at a time?
We can, and each room is genuinely private, with its own entrance and service team. Up to four separate events can run at once without sharing a space. If you would prefer the building to yourself, ask about a full-venue buyout when you inquire.
Is there parking for our guests?
Yes. Parking is on site and complimentary, with room for over 250 cars, so guests arrive directly at the venue and nobody is circling for a spot or paying a garage.
Can we see the venue before we commit?
Please do. Tours are how most of our couples and families decide, and you will meet the person who would actually run your event rather than a salesperson. Schedule a visit and we will walk the rooms and gardens with your guest count and date in mind.
What happens after I submit an inquiry?
You receive a complete written proposal by email straight away, itemized so you can see exactly what drives the number. One of us follows up personally, usually the same day, to answer questions and hold a date if you want one. There is no obligation at any point.
